Consultation(s)-

The journey begins with one or more consultations with you, and if appropriate, your team members. The more perspectives, the better! These sessions help me understand your challenges, strengths, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. The more information you can share, the better I can tailor a plan that focuses on behaviors you'd like to change or improve.

Rapport Building-

Without a strong relationship, coaching cannot succeed. I take pride in building a trusting, close connection with each client, as this is the foundation for accessing learning and embracing challenges. This is also where I gather more information about your routines—both the ones that work and those that need some adjustment—while gaining a deeper understanding of your unique needs.

Goal Setting & Action Plans-

Together, we will set clear and achievable goals. Whether it’s improving communication, emotional regulation, time management, impulse control, or other areas, the goals will be aligned with your personal needs. From there, we’ll create an action plan filled with practical strategies designed to help you make steady progress.

Ongoing Support & Accountability-

Throughout the coaching process, I’ll provide continuous support and encouragement. We’ll track your progress together, celebrate small wins, and make adjustments as needed. Regular check-ins and accountability are key to staying motivated and on track.
